DIZZY, a new British supplement brand, launched with Daily Flow, a once-a-day powder that pairs creatine monohydrate with Lion's Mane, ginseng, electrolytes, B vitamins, biotin and vitamin C.
Sold in a Berry Lemonade flavour, it comes as a single SKU: 30 servings for an RRP of £38, or £34.20 on subscription, and is vegan, gluten-free and made in the UK.

The product taps a gap the fast-growing creatine category has largely overlooked, women, and bundles the ingredient into a broader daily-wellness blend rather than a gym-first format. It joins a wave of brands repositioning creatine beyond male sports nutrition toward focus, energy and everyday performance.
Claudia Bickers, a former fashion-tech worker from Suffolk, spent a year developing the blend in her kitchen, then resigned and put the house deposit she had saved into the business, working with nutritionists to finalise the formula. DIZZY has taken no outside investment and launches with a single product.
Daily Flow is available now from dizzysupps.com.
