Little Moons has teamed up with Candy Kittens on a limited-edition Sour Watermelon mochi sorbet, its first brand collaboration. Based on Candy Kittens' bestselling sweet, it wraps a sharp, sour watermelon sorbet centre in Little Moons' signature soft rice dough, at an RRP of £5 for a six-pack, and is landing in Ocado.

Little Moons says the idea came straight from fans asking for it on TikTok, which prompted co-founder Vivien Wong to approach Candy Kittens co-founder Jamie Laing publicly before the teams built it out. It's a tidy example of social listening feeding directly into product development and a retail launch.
"One of the greatest privileges of being a founder is watching an idea stop being yours and seeing brilliant people run with it," said Wong. "And this has been one of those projects where there seems to have been an unusual amount of joy at every stage. Sometimes work really doesn't feel like work."
