LYMA launched the POWER Index, which it bills as the first framework for assessing the "return" on a health investment, action or behaviour change. Rather than measuring how healthy someone is, it borrows a credit-rating logic to judge whether a single decision or spend meaningfully improves long-term outcomes.

The acronym sets five tests:
- Proven (credible evidence behind the claim)
- Outcomes (evidence for the specific result being sold)
- Whole-system (recognising women's interconnected biology),
- Empowering (building understanding and agency)
- Return (lasting value from consistent use).
The launch targets a trust gap. LYMA's research found 56% of women struggle to tell products with real science behind them from those merely borrowing scientific language, while the wellness industry heads toward $10tn by 2029, per the Global Wellness Institute. The framework is backed by advisers including endocrinologist Dr Florence Comite and WHO digital-health adviser Dr Stephanie Kuku.
