Wild Nutrition has moved into the fast-growing creatine category with Creatine Complex, a daily powder formulated around the needs and routines of women.

The 30-serving formula pairs 5g of Creavitalis Creatine Monohydrate, a third-party tested, highly bioavailable form, with marine magnesium and acerola-derived vitamin C sourced off the Irish coast, plus AstraGin, a botanical blend of astragalus and panax ginseng linked to gut health. It is flavourless, vegan and free from added sweeteners or sugars, and can be stirred into water, smoothies or yoghurt at any time of day.
The launch reflects a wider push to reframe creatine beyond sports nutrition, leaning on its role in everyday energy, muscle function and nervous-system support. "Today's wellness consumer isn't just looking for gym support," said Isabelle Nunn, head of nutrition science and formulation at Wild Nutrition, framing the product as a way for retail partners to tap growing demand by "moving creatine beyond traditional fitness spaces and into everyday women's wellness."
