Northern Pasta Co secured a retail listing with Sainsbury's, rolling out across 372 stores following its debut at Waitrose earlier this year. Three shapes, Radiatori, Rigatoni and Conchiglie, are stocked nationwide at an RRP of £3.95 for 360g.
The listing caps a period of fast growth for the brand, which was founded in 2022 to make regeneratively grown British spelt pasta more accessible. It has recently opened a new 12,000 sq ft site in Carnforth, Lancashire, and grown its team from four to ten over the past year.

"Landing a listing with Sainsbury's, right on the back of stepping into the Den and opening our new factory, feels like everything is coming together at once," said co-founder Imogen Royall, framing the milestones around getting "honestly made pasta onto more tables while building something that supports British farmers and the North of England."
The listing makes Northern Pasta widely available across two major UK grocers.
